The game does plenty to give the player that retro vibe but doesn’t live and die by this notion. I mean what would you even use that much RAM for? How naïve we were. Or alternatively, you can go all out with pixelation that will have you thinking your playing on your mega gaming PC from the nineties with a whopping 64mb of RAM.
You can set the level of pixelation in the options menu to merely offer a hint of retro with plenty of 3D aspects included.
However, there are settings to change the level of effect this will have on your game. This title is very true to the games of old and provides a pixel heavy aesthetic that will take older gamers back to the good old days.
Let’s begin with this games unique selling point, it’s retro artistic direction.
